HTC Explorer Review | Specs | Price

The HTC Explorer is a well-crafted touchscreen phone. The explorer uses Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system which lets you download applications from the Android market. The 600 MHz Scorpion Processor with 512 MB RAM enhance the performance of the handset.
